Pinnacle Bank

Campbell, CA | Interior tenant improvement with 5,395 square feet of office space in an existing industrial office building. Existing office space was reconfigured to accommodate new tenant. Scope of work included demolition of non-structural partitions, construction of new partitions, millworks, doors, ceilings, lighting and finishes throughout area of work. Existing electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems were modified to accommodate new floor configuration.
