Preliminary Budgets

Kent Construction can provide Preliminary Budgets and Feasibility Studies based on historical data and similar projects completed. We apply these "REALISTIC" budgets for your specific project and site. 

We can provide a detailed Schedule of Values and/or proformas often required by Banks and Lending Institutions. These budgets are updated during constructability reviews throughout the design process.
